Daily Covid Screening for Students and Staff
All students, faculty, and staff are required to complete a screening questionnaire online every day before they come to campus.
Anyone who is deemed to be at risk of transmitting the COVID-19 virus (as identified by the screening questionnaire or public health authorities) should stay home until the risk has passed.
You only need to complete the form once per day. So if you have a clinic shift immediately after class, you don’t have to submit the form again.

If your self-assessment responses indicate that you are at an increased risk of transmitting the COVID-19 virus, don’t come to campus until you have tested negative or have completed the necessary self-isolation period.
We will do our best to support your learning while you’re not able to be on site with us.
Daily Covid Screening for Clinic Clients
All clinic clients are required to complete a screening questionnaire online up to two hours before their massage appointment.
Anyone who is deemed to be at risk of transmitting the COVID-19 virus (as identified by the screening questionnaire or public health authorities) will not be permitted on campus until the risk has passed.
If your self-assessment responses indicate that you are at an increased risk of transmitting the COVID-19 virus, you won’t be allowed on campus. We will happily reschedule your appointment for when you’re feeling better.
