Our school is designed around the needs of mature students, rural students, and others who want a career in massage therapy but who cannot put their lives on hold for a traditional Monday-Friday massage program. Our unique independent-study model allows them to balance their studies with their other responsibilities.
As an MH Vicars student, you will join us for monthly or weekly tutorials at either our Edmonton or Calgary campus; between classes you study on your own, following our custom-made materials.
You will graduate with a 2200-hour diploma in remedial massage therapy and be prepared for the coming regulation of the profession in Alberta. You’ll even have on-the-job experience thanks to the practicum you will have completed in your second year.

Be regulation-ready! MH Vicars School offers two options for massage therapists who want to upgrade to a 2200-hour diploma: you can either qualify for Advanced Placement into the second year of our standard program, or apply for our unique Advanced Placement for Practitioners course. You’ll be able to complete your upgrading in less than a year!
